Responsibilities: My primary role at Mint is to manage the delivery of services for Mint's trading clients (non e-commerce clients). I look after a team of qualified accountants, part qualified accountants, finance analysts and graduate traineers. My team delivery client services on a day to day basis and I support clients with technical queries and with business performance.

I am a member of the Senior Management team and am involved in internal process improvement, team growth, improving services, delivering efficiency and ultimately cost effective solutions for clients.

Past Achievements: The achievements I am most proud of are qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with a very young family - and competing in my first triathlon at the age of 53.

How I Spend My Free Time: My hobbies include walking my 2 young dogs, swimming, cycling and Nia.
