Responsibilities: I have been a member of the Mint team for nearly 10 years. During this time I have held a number of Client Manager level roles and support clients of various sizes, across multiple industries. 

I now lead our Outsourced Finance team. My team and I provide fully outsourced finance support to larger clients, we essentially act as internal finance team. My team do everything from account processing through to management reports and boardpack preparation. I lead this team and provide direct support to Client Directors to ensure we are always improving and streamline their business processes.

Past Achievements: Studying for my professional qualification while working full time was definitely a big challenge but worth it.

How I Spend My Free Time:  I have two young boys so most of my time outside of work is spent with them.  I do love catching up with friends over a few glasses of wine when I get the chance.  I also try to fit in a few exercise classes a week.

Hidden Talent: Hidden talent - Mine must be really hidden as I havn't found it yet.  However, I am really good at lying on a beach with a book and a cocktail! Bliss!
