Responsibilities: My job is to look after all things Mint! Along with Allison, I develop our own business strategy. I lead Client Communications and am responsible for reviewing services and software solutions from a client’s point of view. 

I have overall responsibility for our Business Support team who looks after new client onboarding, internal data management, facilities, and IT. In addition to these I oversee our internal invoicing team and have responsibility for client fees. 

I only work with a handful of clients, most of who are involved in the drinks industry. Outside of Mint I also own a rum distillery and am therefore well-placed to support such clients.  

Past Achievements: Designing the Mint brand and launching the business in 2010. 

How I Spend My Free Time: Running two businesses means my free time can be limited however when I do get time to myself I am a keen runner. I have a real interest in politics, especially American politics so much of my free time is spent reading the news and listening to podcasts.

Hidden Talent: Rapping "Where is the Love" by the Black Eyed Peas. Irish Dancing. Baking.
